Yo lo deseaba, él lo deseaba, y todo sucedió sin pensarlo demasiado ni esforzarse demasiado. Todo funcionó. Hasta que no lo hizo. Con el tiempo, mi deseo de tener sexo se evaporó lentamente hasta que finalmente llegué al punto en que la idea me hizo estremecer. También me dejó haciendo la dolorosa pregunta: “¿Qué me pasa?” El hecho es que el bajo deseo es la queja sexual más común entre las mujeres y afecta hasta a un tercio de las mujeres en los EE. UU. Y debido a que no hablamos de eso lo suficiente (sin mencionar el montón de desinformación que existe), la mayoría de nosotros terminamos pensando que estamos rotos. Culpamos a su cuerpo, nuestro deseo sexual, nuestras hormonas, nuestra libido. Pero generalmente hay una muy buena razón por la que no deseas tener sexo. Y no tiene nada que ver con tu “impulso sexual”. Porque tu deseo de tener sexo es solo una representación del contexto: todo lo que está sucediendo en tu vida, tu relación y también tu cerebro. Esto significa que hay algo que está frenando tu propia libido (o no hay suficiente para presionar el acelerador). ¿La razón más común detrás del bajo deseo, y una gran parte de lo que estaba pasando por mí…?

Estrés. Es por eso que la libido baja es uno de los signos más claros de ruptura emocional que existen. una gran parte de mi recuperación del agotamiento (y de redescubrir mi deseo) fue dejar ir la necesidad de ser una especie de súper mujer que posiblemente podría ser, hacer y también todo. This book takes me back to my years as being a young adult, when I had been constantly regarding the defense when I spoke to my elders. In the past I felt like individuals were against me for reasons uknown and each conversation could appear as being a pending accusation. The Petersen’s text took me back to the time when I had been constantly finding myself at loggerheads with authorities, including my parents, teachers, and also elder siblings and relatives. It turns out that I got into each conversation with full stomach and flat head, hence I never really understood just what everyone had to state if you ask me. It explains why I happened to be specially thought to be a difficult individual with extremely little support from those who I expected to support me. Each and every time some body tried to correct me about something I had done, I would start explaining my own side of this story without really processing what they were wanting to tell me. This usually frustrated the individuals who were wanting to make me an improved person by offering me an advice and correcting my mistakes. (more…)
