The education field has changed a lot over the past few decades. Classroom-based classes have been replaced by online learning techniques that incorporate the flexibility of pre-recorded lessons and class meetings that are held using videoconferencing software that is real-time. However, even these online learning methods can still fall short for students who prefer the real-time interaction of a classroom in person.
Live online learning is a viable option to other online learning strategies. It allows instructors and students to communicate in real-time via videoconferencing software such as Zoom. The classes let students ask questions, clarify their confusion and increase their understanding of the subject matter.
Although there are many advantages to using live learning, it can be difficult for some students to adjust to this online business training with vdr kind of online learning. This study examines the student’s readiness for live learning and identifies the primary factors that determine it. The results reveal that motivation to learn, self-directed capability and online communication are the most significant influences. The researchers also conducted a multi-group study and post hoc test to compare the gender differences among undergraduate and graduate students as well as sub-degree students. It was found that postgraduate students have higher levels of preparedness in the majority of aspects of live-learning compared to undergraduate and sub-degree students.

It is essential to provide additional materials like summaries and gist quizzes. Also, outline, concept maps, and study guides are helpful. Instructors should also create exercises to reinforce what students have learned – for example, reviewing, practicing debating, analyzing, and discussing.
